Gabriel Romero

Gabriel Romero visualizes the end at the beginning of all of his projects, from concept sketches through the final phases of construction. His thorough understanding of master planning and sound design principles energizes the start of a project. Gabe’s appreciation for the beauty of seeing designs taking form through the entire process to completion underscores his precision in meticulous construction drawings and on-site construction supervision – a mindset informed by dual degrees in architecture and civil engineering. Gabe is a registered architect in the State of Maryland and is a LEED AP Accredited Professional.

 

With extensive leadership in the successful development of numerous complex sites, Gabriel also has broad experience in managing complex public-private ventures. His significant Our Demonstrated Expertise in all phases of design, planning and construction–plus critical strategic relationships with structural and mechanical engineers and building contractors–plays a key role in expanding Gabriel’s international work in his US based portfolio as well as Latin America.

 

Gabe also has a long history of community involvement. He was elected as a School Board member in Montgomery County, Maryland, and has served as a board member for the Strathmore Hall for Fine Arts and Identity, Inc. He is a graduate of Leadership Montgomery, Class of 2002. Gabe loves to sketch, especially when traveling or visiting interesting places. He is fluent in English and Spanish, and has traveled extensively through Latin America, the Caribbean and Europe.
